The free consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to work toward. I'll also walk you through what sessions look like. I will talk about my approach, the modalities I use, session length, and what to expect. Most importantly, this is your time to ask me anything. Finding the right therapist is important, and I want you to feel confident that I'm the right fit for you.
